My name is Florence, and the recipes I create stem from a pure love of cooking, baking and food.

I share fun, easy and approachable bakes that don’t require a lot of time, skill or effort!

These are curated for the ‘Part-Time Baker’ within us all, as we definitely don’t all have the same 24 hours in a day.

I grew up with a huge love of baking, and a mum who taught me so much of what I know.

I see food as a real love language, the ultimate act of care for someone else, or yourself!

After going through a rough patch with my own relationship with food, it was through the kitchen – cooking and baking – that I really managed to find my happy, balanced self again. Therefore, I wanted to share the food that really helped me move away from bad habits and food relationships, to realizing that food can be used to show yourself and others real love.

These recipes don’t display calorie counts, to keep things easygoing and approachable for those trying to fix their relationship with food. My cooking recipes can always be scaled for solo cooking; as I said, food is self-care and shouldn’t be forgotten just because you live alone!
