Of course, serve warm with lots of full fat cream cheese (is there any other way to eat a Cinnamon Raisin Bagel). The recipe is mega versatile, so you could stir in a variety of dried fruit or other spices that suit you! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">When making the dough, you just want to ensure that it totally comes together. It shouldn&#8217;t feel particularly sticky or wet. No need to knead properly, just a few simple pushes to bring it together!
