The easy brownie recipe gets lots of chocolate stirred in, resulting in a fudgy, rich, chocolate delight. The extra white chocolate drizzle really lends itself to an extra decadent recipe. Perfect to serve up around Easter time, or really any time you want a solid sweet treat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">he brownies themselves are super simple, dense and fudgy and get packed with chocolate chunks and lots of those mini Lindt Easter egg chocolates. Obviously those regular Lindt balls work just as well! These are like little pockets of creamy chocolate in the brownies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">For these brownies, we rely heavily on the melted butter and light brown sugar to give the fudgy texture and super shiny topping. You could make these for a bake sale \u2013 and the recipe is easily doubled. They keep well in an airtight container for a few days. You could use dark brown soft if you\u2019re really in a pinch. Light brown is definitely your best friend in brownies.<\/li><li>Melted Butter: This is what gives brownies that oh so Instagrammable shiny, crisp top.
