Full of that fudgy texture but with strawberry flavors and a fresh strawberry glaze! These are a lovely Summer bake when you want to serve something hearty that doesn&#8217;t feel so heavy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">For these brownies, we rely on a boxed strawberry cake mix for the easiest recipe ever. This recipe cuts neatly into 9 pieces, but could be sliced smaller. If serving a crowd, I\u2019ll cut each square into 2 triangles, giving 18 pieces. Plus, the recipe is easily doubled using 2 pans. They keep well for a few days. That said, they don\u2019t last long if you\u2019ve got lots of happy hungry mouths in the house!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The glaze is made from strawberry preserve, powdered sugar and cream. This means this bake has minimal hands on time. You will end up feeling like you&#8217;ve made something delicious without having spent hours in the kitchen! I can find everything I need at my local supermarket or grocery store. Also, I use a standard 8 inch square tin for almost all of my traybake recipes for ease. If you do want to convert to 9 inch, you\u2019ll need to play with the quantities a little or they will be too thin. To line a square baking tin, cut two pieces of baking paper that are just narrower than the width of the tin (less than 8 inches wide). Then place one on top of the other in opposite directions, so that all four edges of the tin are covered. Cake mix is something people will find much more easily in local grocery stores so it made sense to try with something we can all access!  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Overall, using cake mix is a great way to simplify the baking process while still producing a tasty treat!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TOP TIPS FOR THE BEST Glazed Strawberry Brownies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Strawberry Cake Mix: Use any store bought strawberry cake mix. This gives the brownies the color and flavor that really pops. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Large Eggs: Use room temperature eggs. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Vegetable Oil: You can use either butter or oil &#8211; just make sure to use an unflavored oil like vegetable or canola.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">White Chocolate: Use either chopped white chocolate or chocolate chips. Both are great. If you don&#8217;t like white chocolate, you can absolutely use whichever other chocolate you prefer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Batter: Once mixed, the batter will be really thick and sticky but that&#8217;s okay! You might find a rubber spatula the best tool to push the batter to the edges of the lined pan. You can also use clean hands to really get the edges! <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Glaze: Make the glaze in a small bowl before pouring over the cooled brownies while they are still in the pan. Completely wrap as tight as you can using cling film\/Saran wrap. If you have an airtight container too, place it in there before freezing. Let thaw in the fridge before serving.
