The cookie dough doesn&#8217;t require any chilling, so you can have these cookies ready in no time! The hardest part about these cookies is waiting long enough for them to cool before eating!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:24px\">Whilst there is no chill time, the Nutella needs some time in the freezer (at least 15 minutes) so that it comes out with the perfect molten texture and doesn&#8217;t burn. You can use any kind of chocolate chips in these, but I opt for white chocolate as they look the best! Additionally, you could add nuts or dried fruit if you fancy, but I tend not to (these are best left as chocolatey bites of deliciousness).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tasting-thyme.com\/staging\/6788\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/IMG_9865_jpg.jpg\" alt=\"Nutella Stuffed Cookies\" class=\"wp-image-514\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:24px\">For these cookies, I do recommend big chunks of chocolate, but you could use chips! I also recommend using high quality cocoa powder and vanilla extract, as you can really taste it! Don&#8217;t forget to ensure the Nutella is entirely covered by cookie before baking to prevent leaking!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:24px\">These use my <a href=\"https:\/\/tasting-thyme.com\/staging\/6788\/triple-chocolate-cookies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Triple Chocolate Cookie Recipe<\/a> as a base, but if you&#8217;re looking for other killer cookie recipes, try out these <a href=\"https:\/\/tasting-thyme.com\/staging\/6788\/cheesecake-cookies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cheesecake Stuffed Cookies<\/a> or these <a href=\"https:\/\/tasting-thyme.com\/staging\/6788\/vegan-lemon-shortbread-sandwich-cookies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lemon Shortbread Sandwich Cookies!<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tasting-thyme.com\/staging\/6788\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/IMG_9877.jpg\" alt=\"Nutella Stuffed Cookies\" class=\"wp-image-512\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nutella Stuffed Triple Chocolate Cookies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:24px\">Makes: 9<br>Prep Time: 15 Minutes<br>Bake Time: 15 Minutes<br>Total Time: 45 Minutes (including Nutella freezing time)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:24px\">&#8211; 9 Tsp Nutella<br>\u2013 110g Butter, Melted<br>\u2013 100g Light Brown Sugar<br>\u2013 100g Granulated Sugar<br>\u2013 1 Egg<br>\u2013 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract<br>\u2013 160g Flour<br>\u2013 30g Cocoa Powder<br>\u2013 1\/2 Tsp Baking Soda<br>\u2013 Pinch of Salt<br>\u2013 150g White Chocolate, Chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"font-size:24px\"><li>Scoop individual tsp of Nutella onto a lined baking sheet and place in the freezer for 15-30 minutes.<\/li><li>Preheat oven to 200C\/180C Fan\/Gas 6. Line 2 large baking sheets.<\/li><li>In a large bowl, or the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the butter and sugar until fully creamed (use an electric mixer or the paddle attachment on medium speed). Then add the egg and vanilla and mix again.<\/li><li>Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and the pinch of salt! Stir together until just combined. Add in the chocolate chunks (or use chocolate chips, either are fine!). Reserve some choc to sprinkle on top prior to baking.<\/li><li>Use a tablespoon or small ice cream scoop to scoop the batter onto the trays \u2013 approximately 3 cookies per tray \u2013 they spread A LOT! <\/li><li>Remove the Nutella from the freezer and press one scoop of Nutella into each individual scoop of cookie dough. Wrap the cookie dough around the Nutella to ensure it&#8217;s covered.<\/li><li>Bake for 15 minutes. Remove trays and leave to cool. Repeat for remaining batter.
