These Rainbow Cloud Cookies are the cutest cookies I think I’ve ever posted to the ‘gram. They’re a pretty easy sugar cookie dough, piped with a star nozzle, then you bake, dip into white chocolate and sprinkle over your favourite sprinkles! Something this cute is great for parties – for kids and adults alike. The recipe is a great one to get small people involved in, as the dipping and sprinkles is always fun. Make these vegan by subbing the butter for dairy free and the chocolate for a vegan option!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These are the perfect balance of buttery, sugary cookie with extra goodness. You could easily pipe different shapes or use different chocolate to make them more to your taste. Use this as a base from which you can jump from with your own preferences! If you don’t have piping bags\/don’t want to pipe anything, then you can use your fingers to adjust these into the shape you want. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Bake Time: 15 Minutes
Total Time: 35 Minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ingredients <\/h3>\n\n\n\n
  • 125g Butter, Softened<\/li>
  • 25g Icing Sugar<\/li>
  • 125g Plain Flour<\/li>
  • 30g Cornflour<\/li>
  • 75g White Chocolate<\/li>
  • Sprinkles<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Method<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    1. Preheat the oven to 180C\/160C Fan\/Gas 5. Line two large baking trays.<\/li>
    2. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together – mixing on medium speed for several minutes (with an electric whisk or add a few more minutes if by hand). Add in the flour and cornflour and mix again until everything comes together.<\/li>
    3. Put the cookie dough into a piping bag with a star nozzle and pipe small rainbow shapes onto the lined baking trays (leaving about 2 inches between each).<\/li>
    4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until just golden. Remove and let cool on a wire rack.<\/li>
    5. Once cool, melt the chocolate in the microwave (in 15 second intervals). Once melted, dip the cookies into the chocolate and place on wire rack. Whilst the chocolate is still slightly melted (wet) cover in any sprinkles of your choice!<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
