These Super Easy Kinder Bueno Brownies are the dream brownie. Fudgy, decadent, squishy with just the right amount of kinder bites. I use a combination of Kinder Bueno and Kinder Bars, but you can use whatever you like! The fudgy brownie packed with various chocolate textures makes for the ultimate brownie.
There are some awesome brownie recipes out there that have a million steps. I like an easy Sunday bake that comes together in no time. That is where this recipe comes into play. You can make this recipe in one large mixing bowl. There is no need to whisk eggs for 8 minutes, or to melt chocolate over a double boiler. I love how easy these are to make. Be warned: these will get demolished in minutes, regardless of how large the batch/who you are baking for (even if it’s just you!).
Make sure the Kinder pieces are pushed deep down into the mixture, and add more after baking. This is because any pieces that get left exposed whilst baking could burn. These are one of my all time favourite bakes, and I hope it will be for you too. I would definitely recommend saving the tab if you do like them, to come back to in future.
For my Super Easy Kinder Bueno Brownies, I use a basic 8′ square pan (I like this one). I also recommend a good stand mixer or high speed mixer (like this one) to make the brownie mixture. Kinder Bueno Brownies (Super Easy)
Ingredients
- 100 g Dark Chocolate Melted
- 170 g Butter Melted
- 100 g Granulated Sugar
- 100 g Light Brown Sugar
- 2 Medium Eggs
- 30 g Cocoa Powder
- 85 g Plain Flour
- 105 g Medium Kinder Bars (5 Bars) Roughly Chopped
- 172 g Kinder Bueno Bars (4 Bars – 8 Sticks) Roughly Chopped
Instructions
- Pre-heat your oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas Mark 6. Line an 8" Square Pan with greaseproof paper.
- In a small bowl, break up the dark chocolate and melt in the microwave in 20 second intervals, stirring in between to make sure it doesn't burn. Set aside to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and both sugars. With an electric/stand mixer, go for a solid 3-5minutes so it is totally combined. Add in the eggs and mix again.
- Add the melted dark chocolate slowly (check it first, to make sure it isn't so hot that it will cook the eggs) and combine once again.Â
- Gently fold in the flour and cocoa powder, along with the various chopped Kinder Chocolate. Save a little for decoration after baking.
- Pour the batter into the lined pan and bake approx 25-30 minutes. Remove pan from oven once cooked, feel free to add a few more of those chopped chocolate chunks – so they melt a little. Once cool, slice and serve!
