No kneading, no proving and minimal hassle for these Easy 4 Ingredient Cinnamon Raisin Bagels. Perfect if you want to pull together brunch in a pinch, or do something a little different. This recipe makes 4 little bagels, and is easily converted up for a bigger batch!
I will not proclaim that these are the same as classic, properly made bagels. However, they are a great alternative to those who don’t have the time/confidence to make a full batch of classic bagels! These could easily be vegan too, by using vegan greek yoghurt. Of course, serve warm with lots of full fat cream cheese (is there any other way to eat a Cinnamon Raisin Bagel). The recipe is mega versatile, so you could stir in a variety of dried fruit or other spices that suit you!
When making the dough, you just want to ensure that it totally comes together. It shouldn’t feel particularly sticky or wet. No need to knead properly, just a few simple pushes to bring it together! Make sure your oven is fairly hot and ready to go before baking.

Ingredients for my Easy 4 Ingredient Cinnamon Raisin Bagels
- Self Raising Flour – You can sub for plain flour, plus baking powder (1 tsp for every 150g flour).
- Greek Yoghurt – Greek yoghurt is best, as it has the necessary thickness to hold everything together without adding flavour. You can also use a vegan Greek Yoghurt alternative.
- Ground Cinnamon – Just a few teaspoons results in that deep cinnamon flavour that will make your kitchen sing with delicious smells.
- Raisins – You can use any variety of raisins/dried mixed fruit.
I bake these Easy 4 Ingredient Cinnamon Raisin Bagels on classic sheet pans (like these) and try to opt for silicone baking mats (these are the ones I use).
