Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Line a baking tray.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and bring together to form a dough. Bring together with your hands to make sure the raisins are thoroughly mixed through. The dough should be a little shaggy, and only a little sticky.
Divide the dough into 4 and roll each section into a 3/4 inch log. Make into a ring, pressing the ends together to form that bagel shape.
Place on a baking tray. Optional: brush with milk. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and toasty.
Best eaten warm with lots of cream cheese!
