If making your own Pumpkin Spice blend, do this now. For any leftover, use up in other Fall bakes/on top of toast etc.
Cut the Hawaiian rolls into 4 pieces each. Set aside.
Make the French Toast mixture: Whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, pumpkin spice blend and sugar.
Heat a large frying pan over medium heat with a good amount of butter in the pan.
Take a handful of Hawaiian roll pieces and dunk in the mixture for about 5 seconds before putting into the hot pan. (Don't let any of the roll pieces sit in the mixture for longer than 5 seconds).
Cook, turning regularly to ensure all sides are fully cooked (golden brown). Remove onto a plate.
Mix together the sugar and pumpkin spice blend. Toss all the cooked French toast with this sugar mix before serving with maple syrup, bacon or anything else!
