Preheat the oven to 350℉/170℃. Line an 8x8" pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the cake mix, eggs, oil and white chocolate chips.
Spread evenly in the pan. The mixture is thick so press into the edges.
Bake 20-25 minutes, until the top is only a little wobbly. Let cool.
Once cool, make the glaze by combining the ingredients in a bowl and whisking until smooth. Pour over the brownies while they are still in the pan.
Let set before slicing and serving.
