In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and both sugars. With an electric/stand mixer, go for a solid 3-5minutes so it is totally combined. Add in the eggs, syrup/honey and vanilla extract and mix again.
Whisk in the melted white chocolate until fully incorporated.
Fold in the flour and matcha. Pour into the lined tray and bake 25-30 minutes, until golden and no longer wobbly in the middle (a little is fine). Let cool.
Optional: Decorate with extra melted white chocolate, or combine matcha powder, icing sugar and milk to create a quick glaze!
