Pumpkin Spice Coffee Syrup

This easy homemade pumpkin spice coffee syrup gives you all the delicious fall flavor without leaving the house (or paying coffee shop prices).

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup (250 g) Pumpkin Puree
  • 3 Cups (700 ml) Water
  • 2 Cups (440 g) Light Brown Soft Sugar
  • 2 tbsp (2 tbsp) Pumpkin Spice Blend (or 1 tbsp Cinnamon plus 1 tsp each Ginger and Nutmeg)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a saucepan over a low heat. Whisk to combine and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce the heat and let simmer about 10 minutes.
  • Strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheese cloth over a bowl to remove thick pulp.
  • Let cool, then pour into a jar/container of your choice! Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
